Commando Enlistment Application

Thanks for your interest in the Commando program. My name is Paul Sjardjin, and I am the person who you will report to, if, after reviewing your application, you are accepted into our program. Let me tell you a little bit about what the Commando program is, and how it works.

"Commando" is title we give to those special individuals, age 18 and over, who show so much interest in Catalyst Game Labs games, have so much knowledge of the prospective rules, and are so good at teaching others how to play the games that we have recruited them to teach people how to play as an official representative of Catalyst Game Labs.

Commandos are an elite group of game enthusiasts. When a person hears that a Commando is running a game event, they know that its going to be run professionally, by an individual who knows the rules, and knows how to run a game in the most exciting way possible.

As a Commando, you will enjoy a multitude of benefits! Including, but not limited to:

Before proceeding, please read the following terms and conditions for the Commando Program.

In order to be a member of the Commando Program, (hereafter referred to as the “Program”) you must be at least 18 years old.

The Program member understands and agrees that he/she is an independent contractor and has no power or authority to bind Catalyst Game Labs. Nothing in the program shall be construed as creating any other relationship such as employer-employee or principal-agent.

An applicant to be a Commando certifies that the information that the applicant has provided to become a member of the Program is true and correct. Catalyst Game Labs reserves the right to discontinue membership of any Program member who does not meet the minimum criteria for participation. Catalyst Game Labs shall determine any and all such criteria from time to time at its sole discretion.



Any rights or benefits of membership or earned as a member of the Program cannot be assigned or otherwise transferred to any other person or entity.

Catalyst Game Labs reserves the right to modify terms, conditions and policies of the Commando Program at any time without notice.

Catalyst Game Labs or the Program member may terminate Program membership at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination of membership, all privileges and benefits of membership will be immediately revoked.
